Leading and directing Store keeper and Labors
Dealing with planning, administration and general management issues, which include the day-to-day supervision of staff and overseeing work organized by team
Planning and monitoring the storage, delivery and dispatch of orders
Overseeing stock control and processing orders
Fulfilling objectives and directions from the operation's headquarters
Keeping stock control systems up to date
Planning future Warehouse requirements
Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met
Briefing team leaders on a daily basis
Recommending and implementing measures to improve quality of service

Position Title: Warehouse Keeper
Reports to: 1. Logistics Manager: On all related warehouse matters.
2. Finance Manager: On all related financial matters.

JOB PURPOSE
To supervise the warehouse team in order to ensure efficient, timeliness, accuracy and procedural compliance in running and maintaining the warehouse system.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Description
Record Accuracy and System Update:
• Stock accuracy and posting of data on the system.
• To supervise and update the daily stock transactions on the system on the same day in order to reflect accurate inventory.
• Process various vouchers on the system accurately.
• Update movement of physical assets.
• Reconcile stock count results to spot inventory variances.
• Maintain the system and run any reports required by management.
Cash Handling: • Spot cash chech results.
• Timely deposits in the bank and update on the system.
• Collect cash from van and credit sales representatives in their respective areas and disburse them to warehouse staff with supporting documents and in a strict adherence with Company policy and procedures.
• Prepare list of cheques in order to deposit them with the cash in the banks and obtain evidence of deposit.

Van's Operation
. Update the vans invoicing and manage the synchronization within the specified time frame.
• Posting Accuracy.
• Accurate physical count.
• No errors.
Stamps
• Manage properly the stamps to ensure accurate consumption.
• Post stamps on all the required documents to ensure they are all legally accepted.
