• Enterprise Integration - ESB/ Middleware Projects: The project/program is to integrate the different customs programs and projects to align with the SOA model for large organizations.

• Enterprise Architecture Projects: This project is to bring the latest architecture technology, business & system requirements and change management tools "IBM Telelogic" to execute the required integration in order to manage Dubai Customs’ Connected View. This project includes a fully loaded portal "Enterprise Connected View"

• Programs Dependency Management Process: Developing a simplified Programs/ Projects Dependency Management process including the needed templates to fulfill the need to manage the enterprise programs and projects dependencies.

• Work closely with customer management to understand the business requirement for the project, developing effective working relationships and ongoing management processes for the project.
• Define the deliverables, resource requirements and work plan for the project, and manage their development and delivery.
• Ensure that the project is delivered within the financial requirements of the Business Unit.
• Estimate and plan projects from start to finish, with built in contingencies.
• Ensure projects meet industry leading quality standards.
• Manage customer contracts and leading the related negotiations.
• Review and estimate RFPs and Tenders and analyze the possibility to take the lead and put recommendations in terms of scope, deadlines, cost and project constraints and assumptions.

Analyzing, Business Developing and Managing The American College for Technology E-Learning Portal.

Responsibilities started during the 5 years from developing full fledged applications for banking sector and working as a business and systems analysts for in-house workflow and automation systems and ending up by project manager for web solutions managing a team of IT professionals in software development process as well as development of web applications and web related products. Managing projects life cycles including evaluation, client communication, product development, team management, and product support.
