SPM Trojena Project/ NEOM
Managed Company’s two Divisions Projects:
- Buildings & Civil Division: Managing Company’s Various Building, Steel Structure, Civil & Finishing Projects Such as Royal Tank Museum/ a 20, 000 sqm indoor Tanks display with a unique Set Design in addition to 400, 000 sqm landscape and display yards.
- Solar Energy Division: Managing Design and Construction for various PV Plants with a total capacity of 64 MWP. Scope included all the civil and infrastructure works.
Managed the supervision team of 30 Engineers + 15 Inspectors + 2 Surveyors+ 3 Administrators.
To deliver jointly the Five stars St. Regis Hotel and Branded apartments consisting of Two Buildings, 17+4 floors each, built on top of a 4 stories Podium with 250 million$ value and 160, 000 m2 Built up area.
Successfully Led the PMC & Supervision team of: 35 Engineers + 12 Inspectors + 4 QS+ 1Planner+2
Surveyors + 5 Administrators to achieve the completion of the Most prestigious Project in Jordan with a Value of 350 million$ and 253'000 m2 Built up area.
. The Boulevard is the Spine of the new Downtown Amman, it contains a:
- 12 Buildings, 8 of them are Rotana Five Stars Serviced apartments (410 apartments) and the other 4 are a high end office buildings.
- Two levels of most prestigious retail shops at the lower part of the buildings.
- The paved Boulevard (the Pedestrian Spine) with a total length of 270m and 22 m width.
- Four stories underground Parking and services area.
Fine Dining Restaurants and Swimming Pools at the Roof of the twelve buildings
. 3D3 Project is a 5 B+ G + 7 Stories ofce and retail shops building located in
the Abdali Project.
Project Value: Two Towers 58+2 Floors each.
With a Team of 60 (Engineers, General Forman, Forman, Chargehand, Draftsman and Admin) were able to complete the engineering, procurement work and a floor cycle of 5 days for the Project with a Total Built up area of 263, 000m2. And 1 Billion Riyals value.
Managed to successfully complete Alsadd Sports Club project in 16 months period.
Project Value : 45Million $ value project.
Team Size: 20 : (Engineers, General Forman, Forman, Charge Hand, Draftsman and Admin).
Project Description: Olympic swimming and diving pools, multipurpose hall, indoor tennis squash…, and Art gallery.

- Bridge Arts & Science Project- Education city, Qatar Foundation.
- Khalifa Stadium Project (50, 000 Spectators Capacity Stadium)
