Handling sales team for traditional channel crossing all regions in Saudi. Our main objective to build distribution with smart coverage with premium level of visibility.
Actually, filed work with team and excellent relations with our clients are the key business driver to achieve our goals.
Handling all operations in the organization as the following:
1) Importing international brands from Europe, Turkey( Mars, Snickers, Nutella, Pringles, Nescafee....etc)
2) Leading all business details with (Amazon Company) Contract Negotiations, procurement, customs, logistic, sales, and accounting)
Amazon is a UAE organization, they have 28 brands ( Oil, Rice, Milk, Wafers, All kind of cans, Coffee, Tea, Honey.......etc).
We are covering all confectionery traders, wholesalers, Minimarkets.
AGG is a local Saudi company, I am handling National sales manager KSA for both company departments :
a) General Trading section: we are focused on sweets and biscuits, all food products, Detergent, Diapers, and Plastic products.
b) Private Lable brands ( Hail & Havlat). We have 8 brands ( Cream, Tomato paste, Rice, Oil, Tuna, evaporated milk, and Sugar.
I am fully responsible for the KSA sales target for both sections. reporting to Deputy CEO.
Our customers: catering, restaurants, confectionery, Supermarkets, and semi wholsallers.
IATCO is one of the biggest distributors in KSA for multi-international companies (P&G, Ferrero, Pringles, Quaker, and Clorox.
I started with IATCO as van sales rep. Actually, i am one member of the team who worked hardly to build the market share of main categories (Diapers, Detergents, Fimiani care......etc.). I have held many sensitive positions and tasks in the company (Self-service, pharmacies, Modern trade, and wholesalers).
* In 2008 I got promoted to level 15 as unit sales manager for food unit in the Eastern region (Ferrero, Fonterra, Pringles, Tilda, and Quaker)
* In 2010 I handled the Pre-sell unit for both teams (Food& Non-food).
* SAP launch in 2010 was one of the most important historical transformations in IATCO. which add to me a lot of practical knowledge to develop my managements skills.
