 Provide entire contractual LSP KPIs by functioning with LSP organizations. Head a compliant and effective P2P (Procure to Pay) process by obeying suppliers management strategies
 Organize and oversee weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews to monitor performance, analyze gaps and put action plans for linking the gaps with LSPs
 Improve and retain robust tracking of warehousing, transportation and Co-packing spend, implement data analysis to spot emerging issues and improve bottom up budgets depending on complete modeling of the forecasted activities
 Chair the distribution and IBF cost improvement programs (CIPs) from idea instigation to implementation by following the regional plans and procedures
 Pledge new joiners for the improvement of projects, design processes and execute process health checks. Review active and compliant contracts are maintained appropriately
 Make a vital contribution in inventory control related processes, including SAP Reconciliation, cycle count, wall to wall stock count and destruction
 Interface with CLS QA and business QA to deliver all QA targets and projects. Maintain high level of quality & trade compliance within the organization
