Supervision of Solid Waste Management and CFW activities:
Under the responsibility of the Project Manager SWM & CFW, he/she is in charge of the operational organization, planning and implementation of project activities in the allocated area of responsibility (site) as follows:
• Supervises the daily activities of the Cash for Work (CfW) cleaners in the area of responsibility
• Ensures all CFW documentation (agreements, attendance sheets and payment sheets) are correctly compiled and submitted to the Project Manager according to schedule
• Ensures ACTED and camp SOPs regarding CfW are rigorously implemented, and reports any irregularities to the Project Manager 
• Implements proper and regular monitoring system for all sanitation facilities 
• Ensures that a waste collection system is set up in the site and is properly functioning
• Ensure that the cleaners use all products and tools as required and in an adequate way
• Remains in touch with the population to understand the needs, complaints, major events that may have consequences on the activities of ACTED
• Selects CFW cleaners according to ACTED and camp SOPs
3. Reporting / communication
• Is the main ACTED focal point in his/her site as regards to liaison with all external stakeholders
• Communicates with the Project Manager and relevant staff for any difficulty linked to his/ her tasks, to ACTED’s intervention or the security situation and proposes possible solutions
• Communication with UN agencies, NGOs and CBOs working in the site is regularly done according to ACTED policies, upon request of the Project Manager
• Centralizes needs and complaints by the population, follows-up on events that may have consequences on ACTED activities, and reports promptly to the Project Manager
• Reports to Project Manager on cleaning materials needed
