•Familiar with the major foreign currencies & bulk dealing of foreign currency.
Heading the department of finance and accounting functions. The duties and responsibilities includes
•Assuring the preciseness of accounting entries passed by accountants and Preparation of Final Accounts.
•Verification of cash and bank book with ledger.
•Verification of vouchers and Invoices.
•Preparation of receivables Age-Wise analysis report.
•Follow-up of Debtors payments and Credit control.
•Follow-up of payments, receiving Post Dated Cheques (PDC).
•Processing Creditors payments and preparation of cheques
• Preparation of Payroll & Inter company transactions reconciliation (Calculation of Salary, leave Salary and final settlements) Preparing Trial balance & Balance Sheet
The duties consisted of preparation and reconciliation of accounts financial statements
Preparation of Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
