I am currently working in Best Food company since 2013 as a Quality assurance specialist/ Food microbiologist.
I passed out my master’s degree in Microbiology (MSc in Microbiology) from Sree Narayana Guru College, Tamil Nadu, India. I’ve also done the certification of ISO/FSSC 22000-Food Safety Management Systems Auditor/Lead Auditor Training course, ISO 9001:2015-Quality Management Systems Auditor/Lead Auditor Training Course, HABC Level 4 award in Food Safety Management for Manufacturing (QCF), and HACCP Level -2 foundation certificate on food safety RSPH (Royal Society for Public Health, UK)
Day to day supervision of diagnostic methods and examination of clinical specimens for bacterial, fungal and parasitic infections.
Responsibility for Quality assurance performance and Infection Control.
Involvement in SOP preparation and maintenance.
Proper maintenance of Laboratory equipment’s
Involved in manual method of Media preparation.
Quality Control and Maintenance.
Several Serological techniques including ELISA
Involvement in SOP preparation and maintenance
Proper maintenance of Laboratory equipment’s
Processing of clinical specimens such as Exudates, Urine, Stool, Blood, CSF, Swabs etc
Detection of Tuberculosis and various Mycological procedures
