Electrical work coordination with other services and execution of Project plan.
BMS, LPG, FA/FF, GCS, ELECTRICAL & LOWCURRENT, HVAC, P&D, LIFT work coordination
Preparation of Inspection and Test Plan, Verification / Inspection of Purchased Product at vendor’s premises as per the inspection plan.
Arrange Client/Designer meetings and site visits in order to acquire optimum work efficiency.
Study and execute service drawing at site with the prescribed list of standards.
Coordination and follow up with Sub contractors & material suppliers at site
Preparation of RFI’s, IR’s, MR’s, MAS and other Daily & Monthly reports.
Handling QA/QC documentation like, Method statements, report forms, completion dossier, design and material approval statements etc.
Implementing proper workability as per the contractual specification along with right material and work scheme.
Represent the MEP department at Monthly Progress meeting to discuss and analyze the status of previous Minutes of meeting.
Coordinate with management for quality improvement. Develop field installation procedure in co-operation with the field instrumentation supervisor.
Preparation of Purchase list to the procurement team according to site requirement.
Improve the work efficiency and reduce the time consumption by recommending suitable work tactics according with the situation
Instruct draftsman to Prepare shop drawing according with the latest updations at site.
Single Line diagram & DB schedule preparation and cable selection according with the project requirement.
Involved in the punch listing of the completed construction activities & Ensure closing of the punch items by the construction team before mechanical completion.
Supervise and manage the inspection group in the project related to instrumentation. Responsible for preparation of method statements, ITP’s, PQP, QCP and NCR, Handling inspectors for inspection of all types of instrument activities in the field & control room.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Electrical design and Installation of Residential Complex and
Commercial Building.
• Prepare daily manpower schedules and material requirements for all sites.
• Prepare Quotations for new projects as per drawing and B.O.Q submitted. Variation and monthly invoices for ongoing projects to main contractor's approval as per work monthly progress.
• Plan, Schedule and conduct Site visits.
• Study tender and coordinate with other service drawings, and prepare shop drawing for all the projects.
• Monitoring of installation activities.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Operation and Maintenance of yard and control room equipments.
• Arrange Permit works for the maintenance of Feeder and substation works.
• Inspection on the yard and routine data registration.
• Control room activity coordination and supervision.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• The Operation and maintenance of 72 Villas and its peripheral equipments
• Maintenance of the various treatment plants like seavage, Bio-gas, Water purifier, etc
• Coordination of work maintenance and daily submittal of work done
