The Civil Inspector reports to Quality Control Supervisor. His responsibility is the Implementation of an approved QA/QC procedure. This work includes assuring correct materials are used in accordance with approved design documents & specifications.
•Inspection carried out in accordance with the project quality plan, client specifications and referenced standards,
•Reviewing Quality related procedures.
•Inspection of number of main bar and helical spacing as per drawing and binding
• Execution of the all types piling(Driven cast in- situ pile, Bored cast in- situ pile, Pre-cast in situ pile)
•checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations;
•Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications;
•Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant;
•Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site.
•Execution for Pile Load Tests.
•Inspecting the quality of materials brought into the sites.
•Inspection of coordinate of pile points
•Inspection of boring starting time, Termination, and the length of bore hole.
•Inspection of length of tremie pipe.
•Inspection of density of fresh bentonite slurry.
•Compressive strength of concrete, Slump test,
•Sieve analysis. (Material, sand).
•Finding the temperature of concrete,
•Moisture Content test. Bulking test. Silt content test
