Job Profile
· Operating Gas Chromatograph (GC) Machine, GC- MS (Shimadzu GC 2010 and Agilent 7890B, 5977A MSD)
· Method Validation & Method Calibration for analysis of solvents (Ethanol, Methanol & Propanol), Perfume Allergens, Phthalates & Bitrex (GC-FID & GC-MS).
· Registering Consumer/Cosmetic Products with Emirates Authority of Standardization (ESMA) to comply with the local UAE Regulations
· Registration of Consumer/Cosmetic products with “Dubai Municipality.”
· Making Test Reports as per ISO 17025:2017
· Co-ordinating with different notified bodies ( RACS/ SGS/ TUV) for the product registration and export documentation purpose.
· Attending workshops conducted by ESMA
· Making documentations and review as per SASO regulations
· Making QC Reports and COA (Certificate of Analysis)for Raw materials and FG sample for Export and Registration Purpose.
· Responsible for periodic Calibration of instruments
· Preparation of SOP, MSDS, Specification Sheets and all Technical Documentation Etc.
· Analysis of finished goods - Perfumes, deodorants & concentrated oil perfumes and Fragrance Raw material Oils.
· Inspection of Different Packaging Materials and Artwork Verification as per the GSO/ SASO Regulatory Requirements
Highlights:
• Monitored all chemical and physical analysis related to all types of edible oils and fats
• Played a stellar role in random inspections at filling areas, calibrations of instruments, implementing GMP, online audit of packing sections, cold rooms and finished good warehouse, packaging material inspections, etc.
• Checking All the Raw Material and Releasing after Quality Checks
• Analysis of all the Finished Goods and intermediate products

• Also maintained the inventories of equipment, chemicals, and solutions needed

• Carried out analysis of chemical and physical parameters of oil samples From refinery, tank farm samples and filling samples at regular intervals
