In my present role, I contact South African, Eastern European and Russian speaking businesses and conduct market research surveys on the behalf of General Electric, Johnson and Johnson Vision Care, Johnson Controls, IBM and etc. My responsibilities include updating the contact information, translating the surveys, participating in the audio conferences, and working closely with three Project Managers, processing all documentation within agreed timescales and accurately updating necessary information in the electronic document management system.
In this role I have worked for two campaigns:

Made outbound calls to generate leads in the technology sector. Generated quality leads for clients - targeting organisations as directed by them, identified and contacted key decision makers. My responsibilities also included enterprise mapping and profiling, market research, i.e., identifying new business opportunities with quick win situations, making reports and managing database. I have exceeded campaign targets, making 1 to 3 leads on a daily basis in the Russian campaign and sold out more than 5000 units in the course of the project.
In this role I project managed advertising business for the establishment of Osh version of ‘Yellow Pages’ and sold the advertising space for some of the largest clients, including Nazik and GasProm. Lead role in the design and implementation of promotional strategy and negotiations, successfully monopolising the advertising market. Significant achievements in this role included the advertising journal's design and publication.
I also took on the additional responsibility for training all new recruits in the database management team.
As a Marketing and Sales Executive, I conducted market research. Designed and delivered product and business proposal presentations to different companies in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Advised on all elements of the marketing mix including products and services, pricing, advertising and sales promotion, selling and distribution channels. Handled negotiations on meetings. My excellent marketing skills led to achieving 30% increase in sales, with one of the biggest contract for $400, 000 in one day and achieving $700, 000 in the first year.
As a PA, I managed events and diaries, attended exhibitions and conferences. Supervised 5 administrative staff. Fixed meetings and appointments. Arranged international travels, hotel accommodations and visas. Liaised with a variety of internal staff members at management level. Made reports on daily and monthly basis to the Regional Manager.
I was responsible for research and establishing Water Users Associations (WUAs). My main duties included training of beneficiaries, organising seminars, translating and interpreting and making reports. Due to my work, two water supply points were built in a CIS region.
My duties were to analyse and identify markets with more and greater sales and business development opportunities, to plan, organise and execute new business development and sales plans and to sell electronic products through the internet, over phone and directly to the businesses. I also had regular meetings with new and existing clients in the European and CIS markets. I achieved 22% increase in sales within two years.
The core responsibilities of this role included translating (Russian-English), managing the director’s diary, designing brochures and calendars, controlling correspondence and documentation and organising board level meetings.
In addition to these responsibilities, I have also taken on the additional duties as office manager and refurbished the stock of stationary and other consumables, as well as redesigning, implementing and maintaining administrative systems that ensured that the organisation was better placed to meet customer service targets.
