servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
 Comply with Standard IT policy and Co-ordinate with auditors for its proper implementation.
 Analyze people, process, technologies continually to find areas for improvement
 Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates,
upgrades, migrations and outages.
 Understanding of healthcare systems, including eligibility files, system error files, and system
intake files
 Highly organized and adept at quickly diagnosing issues and potential failure points
 Represent the department on committees and project teams.
 Manage development of end user requirements, system design, project plans, staffing
requirements and milestones for system enhancements and development.
 Maintains effectiveness and efficiency by delivering and supporting strategic plans for
implementing information technologies and identifying the risks.
 Manage all aspects of system(s) maintenance including software upgrades, database
maintenance, end user support, trouble shooting, auditing systems and problem solving.

Responsible for all aspects of IT Management & control, including strategy, service delivery,
supervision of employees, budget preparation & management, development of guidelines and
standard operating procedures.
 Bringing in automation and system improvements in an unsuccessfully implemented SAP.
 Implement People, Process and Technology framework to achieve organization efficiency.
 Managing and Handling the SAP ERP system for the entire organization.
 Identifying & reporting on the budgetary implications of IT projects and upgrades.
 Configuring and installing the Windows workstations and Mac operating systems in response to
the demands of a complex network design
 Managing and Handling the entire IT Infrastructure including 100 plus domain users.
 Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures for the
organization.
 Motivated and managed cross-functional teams in order to enhance their overall effectiveness
and efficiency through enhanced communication skills and strategic networking.
 Maintains organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by defining and delivering strategic plans
for implementing information technologies.
 Administering the IT department’s policies and procedures
 To manage backups of all systems ensuring that they run successfully and to manage rotation
of backups off-site for safe storage
 MIS (Management Information System) Reporting
 Making business blueprints and process flow for the new developments.
 Maintains information technology strategies & budgeting.

Administration of Windows Server 2012. (2 Physical Servers and 4 Virtual Servers)
 Managing IT requirement of main office and providing IT support for 2 offices in Bahrain and 1 in Saudi Arabia. (More than 200 users including in-house and offshore).
 Managing Active Directory and Group Policies.
 Managing Exchange Server 2013.
 Managing Windows servers and client computers.
 Working in Domain and workgroup environment.
 Manage ADC, DNS, DHCP, users, and groups polices in windows server.
