 Responsible for developing, amending and implement human resource policies and procedures.

 Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual performance appraisal.
 Provide guidance and input on business units restructures, workforce planning, succession planning and career development.
 Responsible for organizing, evaluating, monitoring and reporting on success of training and development programs for staffs.
 Responsible for conducting weekly meetings with respective business units to follow up on their target delivery.
 Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, team bonding and increase productivity
