• Currently working as the Team Lead for Skychain United Airlines Implementation which is one among the world’s single largest cargo replacement project.
• Responsibilities include the effort estimations, design, code reviews etc.
• Support Project Leader in ensuring that projects are executed successfully to cost, quality and time schedule.
• Offer leadership in technical matters and software development processes to team members.
• Ensure the quality of all work pack deliverables.
• Conduct reviews, walkthroughs etc as and when required.
• Plan, track and control work packs to ensure that they are completed on schedule, within the approved budget.

• 5 years of experience in Java/J2EE technologies, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, PL/SQL, Java script.
• Business expertise in Airline passenger reservation domain, especially in Reservation system,
Ticketing, Departure control system, and Airline messages.
Designed and implemented the Secure Flight module (airline security enhancement) for the project.
• Strong foundation in software development lifecycle activities, Object-Oriented Analysis/Design and Java/J2EE development.
• Strong knowledge in Configuration management and Control.
• Good exposure to formal quality management processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, leadership and problem solving skills.
