● Responsible for site inspection request (SIR), method statement (MS), request for
information (RFI) and non-conformance report (NCR).
● Ensures that only approved drawings, method of statements and materials are being
implemented and used in the project area.
● Act as resources to test lead for information to create test strategy, ensures traceability
of test cases back to project requirement.
● Preparing certificate of Quality Control Assurance report and status of tests.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Ensures that all works are carried on as per approved design and project specifications.
● Ensures that only approved drawings, method of statements and materials are being
implemented and used in the project area.
● Discuss and resolve any problem that may arise during work.
● Review, check, study and familiarized with contract document, scope of works, Codes,
standard and specifications provided by the client

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Regular liaison with the client, its representatives, and any other consultant staff.
● Supervise and checks every activity within the project site.
● Prepares daily and weekly production reports and submitted to the Resident Engineer.
● Address all problems encountered to resident Engineer and assist to resolve them.
● Ensures that only approved drawings, method statements and materials are being
implemented and used in the project area.
● Performs a variety of Professional civil engineering duties as quality assurance/quality
control.
● Informing engineer’s representative when his presence is required to carry out
inspections..
● Oversees all testing staff and activities for all assign application and ensures all testing
standard are being met.

point for decisions about test schedule changes.

● Responsible for implementation of the project, preparing estimate and bill of materials
used in project site.
● Obtaining all permits from Local Authorities for Roads and Bridges construction.
● Witnessing slump testing and preparation of concrete cylinder samples at every concrete
pouring.
● Witnessing of fields tests and laboratory works in soil for use in Embankment materials.
● Overall responsible for ensuring works are performed in accordance with the DPWH
standard specifications or blue book.
● Overall responsible for ensuring the material requisition record sheets are completed
correctly by incorporating the required certification.
● Ensured that all technical deliverables were reviewed to establish they were within budget and
cost estimates.
● Worked with subcontractors to ensure construction compliance with design requirement.
● Was responsible for assigning and monitoring, professional, heavy equipment operators,
drivers and technical staff for specific project tasks..

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Supervising of the project from the start until project completed.
● Preparing daily progress reports and monthly accomplishment reports.
● Checked and calculation of asphalt volume and plotting of cross section survey to
determine the earthwork cut and fill volume.
