Skilled in Preparing Budget and assigning Cost codes based on existing Code Structure, monitoring of budget against actual cost and preparation of monthly Cost Control Report of the project and also involved in the preparation and development of Standard Rates of specific activities based on historical data for future references.
Prepares Quantity Takeoffs, Bill of Quantity for procurement and site implementation
Prepare/create a construction schedule in Primavera P3, updating progress weekly and monthly
Preparation of summary progress information to management personnel and detailed progress information to construction supervisory personnel
Identification, preparation, and submission of main contracts notices and variations
Prepares correspondence responding to general issues, variations and claims
Prepares shop drawings as attachment for variation claims and for actual implementation
Assist with the preparation of progress payment claim
Coordinates with subcontractors regarding technical problems, work progress and schedule
Simultaneous engineering supervision of several construction projects within the city.
Serve as the only Project Supervising Engineer of the whole project covering works such as Preparing and submitting Materials, Tools & Equipment Requisitions, Planning and Project Implementation in accordance with the Approved Drawings and ensuring completion within the target schedule.
Inform and convince possible Client of the Quality and the Properties of every distinct Material and New Designs available for Roofing System.
Conduct Actual Measurement and provide Bill of Quantities & Cost Estimate for Roofing Materials, Insulation & Accessories
Prepare Sales Quotation for Approval of the Owner
