•Develop projects plans, create all project documentation and ensure that these are followed and implemented by the project team. Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

•Responsible for customer and project stakeholder communications and expectations management on project quality, scope, timing and cost.

•Identify and resolve issues and conflicts both within the internal project team, and with other project stakeholders
•Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential project crises and risk, and devise and implement contingency plans
•Submit a full Project Status Report weekly to the Operations Manager prior to weekly operations team meetings
•Collate and communicate technical and project process deficiencies to the Regional Technical Director and Operations Manager.
•Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
•Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure that issues arising from post-project reviews are acted upon for all future projects
•Assist the project team as necessary with off-site equipment preparation and on-site installation, troubleshooting and commissioning
•Travel regionally as required to manage a portfolio of concurrently running projects
•Attend client meetings and support the sales of project requirements.
•Coordination with 3rd party contractors that need to control such as curtain, lighting, doors, swimming pool, CCTV, Elevator, Access Control.
•Responsible for assuring effective and efficient day-to-day coordination of projects, coordinating between different departments, contractors, consultants, and interior designers.
•Supervise the installation starting from rough-in phase, trim phase, to finish phase.
•Collaborating with Crestron/AMX/KNX/On Controls/URC/Savant/Lutron/Philips Dynalite Programmer to ensure proper system connection.
•Prepare substantial completion handover document and ensure all required project close out documents are obtained.

Review tender drawings of Audio Visual and Lighting (theatrical lighting, indoor, outdoor, street lighting, LED fixture, Fiber Optic lighting)
•Make technical submittals, equipment schedule, Dimmer and Relay load schedule, DMX control schedule, and budget estimation.
•Develop conceptual and feasibility input for production of design/construction documentation to support the sales and execution of integrated Audio Visual and Lighting system as required by client and consultant directed by Project Manager/Project Director.
•Provide Bill of Quantities (BOQ), material requisition, request for supplier’s quotation of equipment’s and procurement, issuing LPO and coordination with accounts for LC and payments, coordinating shipping, equipment inventory and material inspection of delivered products.
•Creates Cad Drawings of the following: single line diagram for (Audio, Video, Lighting, and Control), conduit and cable layout, rack layout.
•Lighting DMX Channel Calculation, Fixture Wattage Calculation, Dimmer Panel Calculation, and Designing of Dimmer Rack/Lighting Control Rack with Dimmer
•Module, Relay Module, Control Electronic Module, Network Switch, I/O Gateway, DMX Gateway, and DMX Booster.
•Coordinate and Meeting with the main contractor and consultant regarding the Project.
•Supervise the installation of Audio Visual and Lighting System with respect to our final schematic and equipment design diagram.
•Collaborating with our AMX/DMX Programmers to ensure proper system connections.
•Working with Consultant, Client, and Sales in developing technical solutions and conceptual engineering design specification that meet customer schedules and budget requirements.

 Installation and set-up of audio visual and security systems such as public-address system, speaker system, amplifiers, mixers, sound processors, control consoles, microphones (wired and wireless), recording consoles (digital and analogue), multimedia projectors (LDP and DLP), plasma displays, projector screens, visual presenters, conference system, system racks, CCTV system, access control, auditorium/theater systems, intercom systems, lighting control, and fire alarm system.
 Provides technical services to clients relating to use, operation, and maintenance of the equipment.
