Responsibilities :
Operations
•Handling project as a Project manager for Government companies with 30 Man power on the site & in 22 Manpower on the site and also handling the payroll for the projects.
•Handling Projects for Government and Semi government sectors.
•Act as back-up to the Manager in performing business operations duties. Provide support to Operations manager as and when required.
•Coordinate with Operation Manager, Operations Director and Chief Operating Officer to schedule team meetings and to provide follow-ups.
•Participate in Client meetings and distribute minutes of meeting to the operations team. Sort and distribute mails and faxes to respective personnel.
•Store, file and retrieve corporate documents and reports as and when needed.
•Manage incoming and outgoing letters and packages related to Operations. Perform general office administrative and clerical duties
•Reconcile payments and receipts to various parties on time. Maintain logs and spread sheets for all office activities. Manage all office orders on regular basis.
•Monthly preparing all attendance for different projects and follow up the salary for the employees.
•Maintaining the inspection report monthly wise and follow up the concerns with the supervisors and the Top management.
•Acting as an Intermediary between client and company.

on 13 different sub processes in Consumer Business Unit. •Ported Customer telephone numbers (CTN) to come from other network to Vodafone, Vodafone to other network and achieved 100% portability.
•Processed the customers Data protection Act by calling the customers and confirm their
•DPA. This resulted in reduction of customer’s requirement online.
•Prioritize Customer call queue both voice and online and reduced customer visits.
•Customers PAC (Porting Authorization Code) and set the port date for them. I pull the daily reports and from the application and allot the work to the team members.
•Inducting fresh team into the business process line and orienting them to perform the job responsibility.
•All the sub processes have their own AHT (Average Hold time) and TAT (Turnaround time) successfully achieved.
•As a part of Audit process for the transactions performed in the team along with floor support.
•Helping other processes as and when required.
