This position is for a family business that operates five company’s in different industries, located in 3
different countries, all reporting back to the same CEO whom I work for. The role requires the following
responsibilities of me to fulfil:
• being the first point of contact between internal/ external (clients) communication and the CEO
• prioritising and distributing correspondence (emails, letters, verbal messages)
• managing their diary as well as scheduling and preparing for meetings
• making travel arrangements
• working on specific projects
• supporting other departments when required (bookkeeping, legal procedures)
• carrying out legal processes for personal and business requirements
• organising and filing all business documents meticulously
supervise pupils carrying out pre-prepared exercises when teaching staff are on short-term absence
The role required the following responsibilities of me to fulfil:
• sorting and organising cheques
• scanning cheques into the system
• entering data from cheques into the system
• ensuring accuracy by checking work numerously
The role required the following responsibilities of me to fulfil:
• answering inbound calls
• assisting customers, placing orders
• checking product information and stocks
• dealing with complaints and referring to relevant departments
This was a summer internship that was completed abroad. The role required the following responsibilities
of me to fulfil:
• completing daily ledgers
• assisting in preparing reports and statements for each project within the agency
• providing support to many departments throughout the agency including marketing department
• preparing and presenting reports and research to the management team
The role required the following responsibilities of me to fulfil:
• the usual waitressing duties such as greeting customers, seating them according to party size and
availability, taking orders, paying attention to requests, serving the customers.
