Managing many regional client accounts & providing client-related support services.
Providing proper support by identifying issues & providing proper customer service to maintain good relationships with the partners & the end-clients
Identifying and developing opportunities with existing partners
Conducting business negotiations & coordinating with local, regional and international vendors
Managing the rewards catalogs of all partners in different markets: Lebanon, KSA, Bahrain, Jordan etc
Assisting in training clients’ staff whenever required
Monitoring & organizing the process of redemption operations and logistics
Preparing proposals and presentations for clients
Assisting in managing regional client accounts & providing client-related support services.
Managing back-office functions & related administrative activities
Liaising & coordinating with local and regional vendors and suppliers for new redemption items, updating existing catalog, obtaining new deals, etc.
Handling of redemption operations and logistics
Assisting in updating the rewards catalogs on a weekly basis
Assisting in setting up social media presence for company & handling all related activities
•Analyzing and investigating price, demand and competition
•Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
•Promotional activities
•Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships;
•Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
•Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials
•Maintaining and updating customer databases
•Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions
•Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies
•Managing budgets
•Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
•Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
•Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
•Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
•Maintains customer records by updating account information.
•Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
•Ensure timely and accurate order entry and release of orders
•Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
•Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
•Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Prospecting for new clients/ lead generation
Follow up and qualify contacts from web registrations, promotions, events and other marketing and sales activities
Recording of all sales activities in the CRM
Market research feedback.
