Responsibilities:
1.Being a customer service agent with Qatar Aviation Services I am responsible to handle passengers for Emirates, Lufthansa, KLM royal Dutch airlines, Egypt Air, Turkish Airlines, Iran Air, Yemenia Airways, Biman Bangladesh Airlines, Saudi Arabian Airlines, Pegasus airlines, Air India express, Royal Nepal Airlines, Syrian Airlines and Air Cairo
2.Ensures that all the requests, queries and complaint of passengers are responded in a timely and professional manner
3.Greet passengers and Check passports, visas and other travel document at check-in counter using respective airlines check-in system
4.Ask security questions for the reason of avoiding impostor passenger and unacceptable items or baggage before check in passenger in the flight.
5.Provide luggage labels and check each passenger's baggage according to respective airline specifications and ensure that luggage doesn't exceed size, number or weight and process additional charges when necessary.
6.Making sure passengers are not carrying any dangerous goods which are not allowed on board
7.Preparing any necessary customs paper work
8.Coordinate with dispatcher and cabin crew for flight information
9.Carry out boarding of passengers at boarding gate and monitor boarding procedure in term of security
10.Confirm all passengers on board by matching the boarding passes with the system
11.Hand over flight information and documents to airline representative
12.Working closely with other officers, dispatchers, ground handling staffs, security staffs, and airline representatives to provide the smooth flight and on time operation
