Responsible for the process audits to ensure compliance with Group Wide Policies. Assist in the evaluation of progress to implement new tools and techniques to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of delivering Company products, operational processes, and services in the Department & Lead the evaluation of and recommend improvements in internal processes against best practices in pursuit of greater efficiency and productivity.
Responsible for the completion and evaluation of Tender/Job-on-hand projects, that must be strictly followed in accordance with the specifications provided and as per the Request For Proposal. Responsible for estimation and preparation of technical proposal, commercial proposal or techno-commercial proposal of the Total Facility Management.
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Responsible for the completion and evaluation of Tender/Job-on-hand projects, that must be strictly followed in accordance with the specifications provided and as per standard regulations. Responsible for the proposal, estimation and design of explosion- protected electrical equipment addressed to hazardous areas, meeting on-shore and off-shore applications such as LED lighting fixtures, Lighting fixtures, Junction Boxes, Local Control Panel, Motor Control Panels, Power Distribution Board, Switch Racks, Signaling equipment, Plugs & Sockets, Control equipment, Cable glands, Electrical fittings, Weather proof series Junction Boxes and Weather proof cable glands with the efficient use of the Quotex / ERP Software for estimation. Responsible for the document controls for the EPC projects.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) / Estimation Engineer
• Prepares work to estimate by gathering RFQ’s, MTO, Technical data sheets, drawings, specifications, and related documents.
• Evaluate and review of tender/job-on-hand documents, specifications, and single line diagram drawings.
• Provide a program for the completion of the project in accordance with client’s requested time frame.
• Prepare Bill of materials, Technical quotation and Commercial quotation using the Quotex System for estimation and ERP.
• Prepare request of information, clarification / assumptions on the technical matters to the client.
• Providing accurate and detailed cost breakdowns with qualifications.
• Prepare Variation Costing for the ongoing project as per request changes of the client.
• Provide pre-qualification documents of the company to a new client.
• Providing sales support and Project Coordination.
• Interact with different departments to review, discuss project scope and estimate basis and consult on company estimating methods/procedures.
• Establishing new and maintaining existing relationship with customer.
• Follow-up and monitor the status of the quotation sent to the clients.
• Responsible to acknowledge the LOI’s / LPOs with the client and issue it with the back office for processing.
• Manage all documentation for EPC Projects.
2. Design Engineer
• Support EPC Sales team, preparation of TQs and preliminary GA drawings.
• Preparation of all other documents related to EPC Project requirement ( Technical Data Sheet, TBE, Compliance, etc.)
3. Sales Engineer
• Serves customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services.
• Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
• Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers and planning and organizing sales call schedule.
• Contributes to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed, recommending options and courses of action, and implementing directives.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Responsible for the estimation and design of Low Voltage Switchgear which includes Main Distribution Boards, Motor Control Centers, Sub Main Distribution Boards, Final Distribution Boards, Capacitor Banks, Lighting Control Panels, ATS, MTS, Metering Cabinets & Feeder Pillars with the efficient use and maintenance of the Engineering Software. Responsible for the document controls for the Estimation and Sales Department. Authorize Distributor of ABB Products, GE & Eaton Muller.
Duties and Responsibilities.
• Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, drawings, specifications, and related documents.
• Evaluate and review of tender/job-on-hand documents, specifications, scope of works and single line diagrams.
• Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, drawings, specifications, and related documents.
• Providing a time frame for the completion of the project in accordance with the customer requested date.
• Analyze plans and calculate material quantities and cost of Electrical Switchgears.
• Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
• Submit queries for clarification on the technical matters to the customer if any.
• Communicating with the customers for technical clarifications if any.
• Determining the quantity of the materials and the labor required.
• Providing accurate and detailed cost breakdowns with clarifications.
• Preparing a cost summary of the project for review.
• Analyzing load calculations.
• Compute for the actual busbars in kilograms as needed for each panel.
• Providing sales support and Project Coordination.
• Assisting in compiling of tenders.
• Making pre-qualification documents both standards as well as project specific questions.
• Prepare Variation Costing for the ongoing project as per the requested changes of the customers.
• Estimation of different switchgear project with the effective use and maintenance of the estimation software.
• Prepare submittals/drawings for the approval of the projects from the consultant.
• Prepare and controls ISO documents for the department Sales and Estimation Department.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Handle the coordination and trainings of the newly hired employees of our department.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
To contribute to the success and development of the company through the effective preparation and/or improvement of the Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) and the efficient use and maintenance of the AC-620 Exposure Machine for the exposure group.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) Exposure.
- Support to other machine operators.
• Handles all printed circuit board exposure and improvements.
• Analyzes and understands PCB exposure standards.
• Support to PCB repair group.
• Inspect equipment or units to detect leaks and malfunctions, and monitor operating conditions.
• Shutting equipment down if necessary.
• Record operational data such as temperatures, pressures, processing times, or test results.
• Ensure continuous production is maintained where possible.
• Operate equipment and machinery in a safe manner.
• Input data into computer system to process products.
• Fix minor issues that may arise with the production line and troubleshooting when production issues occur.
• Observe safety precautions to prevent fires and explosions.
• Work in accordance with Health and Safety procedures.
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
To contribute to the success and development of the company through the effective preparation and/or improvement of the wiring harness designs and the efficient use and maintenance of the Integrated Harness System for the design engineering group.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design the wiring harnesses and components essential for the evolution of the modern automobile with the use of Integrated Harness System (IHS) developed by Sumitomo Wiring Computer System (SWICS).
- Specializing for Mitsubishi Wiring Harness Design Group and
- Support to other Wiring Harness Design Group (FORD, GMC, NISSAN, TOYOTA & SUZUKI).
• Handles all wiring harness designs and improvements.
• Analyzes and understands customer engineering standards.
• Secure design confirmation from customers.
• Developed an effective training materials and training schedule for newly hired employees.
• Revision of training manuals and check sheets to update from new standards.
• Technical support regarding the implementation of plans.
• Operate computer-aided design (CAD) system and peripheral equipment to re-size or modify integrated circuit designs
• Enter specified commands into computer, using keyboard, to retrieve design information from file and display design on CAD equipment display screen.
• Calculate figures to convert design dimensions to resizing dimensions specified for subsequent production processes, using conversion chart and calculator etc.
• Type commands on keyboard to enter resizing specifications into computer.
• Locate file relating to specified design projection database records and loads program into computer.
• Key in specified information, using keyboard connected to on-line or off-line peripheral equipment (plotter), to produce graphic representation (hard copy) of design for review and approval by Assistant Supervisor.
