Al Zour Refinery Project Package EPC#05 (Sea Island and Topside), Kuwait
• Responsible for the piping/ structural/ mechanical construction works, both during preparation and execution phase for topside project at offshore island.
• Assisting Topside and Hook Up Manager for all related matters.
• Provide disciplined support on HSE, Quality and Technical needs.
• Leading piping/ structural / mechanical hook up engineering process at site.
• Responsible for the interface with the discipline engineers from detailed design department, within project/JV, related vendors and Client.
• Prepare or Review piping / structural/ mechanical; technical documents including fabrication drawings, method statements, project procedures and risk assessment for submission to client and to ensure that they meet project specification.
• Define the consumables, tools, materials or services to be purchased / subcontracted for offshore execution in conjunction with Topside/Hook Up Manager.
• Comment and approve all the technical design necessary for the purchase and/or construction of offshore works aids.
• Participate in meetings to examine and, if necessary, audit the technical design.
• Advise on cost and scheduling impacting issues.
• Contribute for optimization of offshore duration and costs.
• Responsible to ensure a safe and effective hook up methodology.
• Ensure that critical RFQ and PO, are issue and finalized on time.
• Ensure offshore team and project equipment are ready for the mobilization on time
• Plan offshore work campaign efficiently with the aim of minimizing Project costs.
• Follow up activities offshore along with daily and weekly reporting.

Al Zour Refinery Project Package EPC#05 (Subsea Pipeline & Marine Project), Kuwait
•Contractor representative onboard pipe lay /construction barge DLB1600 and Stingray.
•Responsibilities include Engineering, procurement, fabrication, transportation, installation and pre-commissioning with adherence to HSE (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, Job safety analysis etc.) & Quality policies.
•Construction Engineering including transportation & installation engineering (Shorepull & Installation analysis, Mooring analysis, Davit analysis, Stalk on, Sea-fastening & transportation analysis of concrete coated pipes and pre-fabricated structures etc.)
•Shore pull and Installation of 4 nos. x 30” offshore pipeline & 1 no. x 10” offshore pipeline (17.5 Km) with two Fibre Optic Cables piggybacked to two 30” pipeline each.
•Fabrication and installation of Stalk-on pipes, pile clamps, brace clamps, risers/ j-tubes clamps, Risers, J-Tubes, Riser Protectors, Offshore tie-ins, concrete mattresses and construction aids.

• Research and analysis of the heat loss from uninsulated pipes, insulated pipes, deck elements in cross-flow wind and time to freeze for liquids inside pipe based on actual experiments at GMC’s climate laboratory at Stavanger, Norway.
• ASME Journal paper titled “OMAE-17-1126 Heat Loss of Insulated Pipes in Cross-Flow Wind” published online in the Journal of Offshore Mechanics and Arctic Engineering on 12th October 2018 and shall be published in the printed edition of the Journal in April, 2019.

ADMA OPCO-Satah Al Razboot (SARB) Package 3 Field Development Project, UAE
•Lead offshore field engineer for the shore pull and subsea pipelaying, piggybacked subsea power/communication cable laying, umbilicals, risers and installation of sleepers and structures (Jackets, Decks, Flare Towers, Bridges & Boat landings)
•Preparation/review of procedures, drawings and reporting discrepancies, errors and omission with respect to the information required to perform the work.
•Actively participate in project Task Risk Assessment, HAZID and HAZOP.
•Recommend changes in the technical details and drawings to generate safer and better installation procedures with due regard to safety.
•Planning and execution of offshore operations & mobilisation/demobilisation activities.

PTTEP International-Zawtika Field Development-Phase 1A, Myanmar
•Lead engineer for the engineering, procurement, construction, installation and pre-commissioning of three wellhead platforms consisting of jackets of length 140-150 m weighing 7, 000-8, 000 T, topsides weighing 1100-1200 T and 21km subsea pipeline.
•Responsible for the fabrication works and deputed at L&T’s Modular fabrication yard at Oman during the construction phase of Jackets/Topsides as PMT representative.
•Supervising four disciplines in topside structure: structural, piping, mechanical, safety.
•Reviewing of procedures, drawings and other deliverable. Reporting discrepancies, errors, and omissions in the information required to perform the work at site.
•Participate in project Risk Assessment, HAZID and HAZOP.
•Recommend changes in the technical details and drawings to generate safer and better installation procedures with due regard to safety.
•Monitoring the procurement process from material requisitioning (MR), ordering, inspection until final delivery at site.

R series and Satellite Field Development Project, India
• Conceptual studies for the development of R-series and satellite fields present in the large KG-D6 block involving the effective usage of the existing Dhirubhai 1&3 facilities both onshore and offshore.
• Preparing the scope of work, RFQs and Technical evaluation of the bids and responding to the technical clarification sought by the bidders.
• Reviewing the project execution plan submitted by the contractor.

Liquid & Solid Bulk Storage and Pumping Facility, Kakinada Shore Base-Finger Jetty
• Reviewing pipeline system design required for pumping liquid bulk product from shore tanks to OSV tanks and vice versa and also between the system.
• Reviewing PFDs, Pump adequacy report, Tank fabrication drawings, piping layout, Isometric drawings, piping material specification, pipe fittings and valve MTOs.

Remedial works on the well A5 of the Dhirubhai 1&3 Gas field, India
• Preparing SOW for remedial works on A5 well caused due to well related issues.
• Developing the FIM list having ROV tools, Pressure caps, Wet Parking frames etc.
• Performing retrieval of installed rigid jumper between PLET and XMT.
• Load-out, Rigging, Sea Fastening and refurbishment of the retrieved jumper
• Assessing metrology data for modification after XMT replacement & final installation.

Dhirubhai 1 & 3 Gas and D-26/MA Oil Field Development Project, India
• Project Engineer (Client representative) on board Trailer Suction Hopper Dredgers (TSHDs), Cutter Suction Dredgers (CSDs) and Rock dumping vessels.
• Supervising offshore pipelaying of 3*24-inch trunk lines piggybacked with 6-inch MEG line, 1*12.75-inch effluent line and 2*101 mm OD Type 0 power umbilical.
• Overseeing the various stages involved in the pipelaying like pull-in operation, joint preparation, welding, QC/NDT, field joint coating and anode installation.
• Progress and As-Built survey of backfill operation & Touchdown survey of pipelines.
• Monitoring the pre-commissioning of Trunklines, MEG line and effluent line from the LFP to the CRP which included flooding, cleaning, gauging and hydrotesting.
• Supervising the fabrication works of 6 inch, 8 inch, 10 inch, 16 inch and 24 inch jumpers for subsea tie-in connection and 24 inch spools for hook up to the platform.
• Confirming orientation and alignment of connectors before actual fit-up for welding.
• Reviewing of procedures, specifications, method statements, ITP’s, pre-fabrication drawings and metrology drawings pertaining to fabrication.
• Handling the issuance of all FIM materials, manpower and machinery management.
• Witnessing NDT of the field joint, HSS coating, VIV strakes installation, anode installation, hydrotesting, MEG fill and site integration test (SIT) of the jumper.
• Inspecting rigging, loadouts, seafastening on the barge prior to sail away of the jumper.
• Reviewing of As-built drawings of backfill works, alignment drawings of offshore pipelines & umbilicals, overall field layout and drawings showing approach details.
• Deputed at Jurong Shipyard, Singapore and Aker Kvaerner’s Port Klang base (Malaysia) for studying the construction of FPSO Dhirubhai-1 and subsea structures like manifolds, suction anchors, vertical connection modules, XMTs etc.
