• Project Leadership: Supervise the end-to-end installation, testing, and commissioning of
firefighting and MEP systems for high-scale UAE power plants and 400kV substations.
• Specialized Systems: Coordinate the installation of FM-200 and CO2 gas suppression
systems, ensuring 100% compliance with NFPA 2001 and UAE Civil Defence Life Safety
Codes.
• Quality Assurance: Execute hydrostatic testing, pipeline flushing, and pressure testing
of fire protection networks, achieving zero non-compliance during consultant and
authority inspections.
• Technical Documentation: Author and manage Inspection Requests (IRs), Material
Submittals (MAR), Method Statements, and Risk Assessments for major EPC projects.
• System Infrastructure: Manage the installation of complex sprinkler networks, hydrant
systems, wet risers, hose reels, and high-capacity fire pumps.
• Engineering Design Review: Review and verify shop drawings to ensure site
installations align perfectly with approved technical specifications and hydraulic
calculations.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with consultants, QA/QC engineers, and client
representatives during Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
• Health & Safety (HSE): Lead daily toolbox talks and enforce strict HSE protocols for onsite
manpower and subcontractors to maintain a zero-incident workplace.
• Authority Handover: Facilitate final authority inspections and system demonstrations
for project handover and successful Civil Defence certification.
