Responsible for the successful planning, design, managing, executing, completing and handover of multiple MEP projects related to offices, cinemas, retail shops, restaurants and other commercial facilities.
 Calculating and designing cable sizes, breaker sizes, other electrical designs and making sure the design is as per client requirements and complies with standards and local authorities and regulations.
 Technical supervision and coordination with other departments and stakeholders.
 Attending all site meetings and coordination with other various services and clients

Responsible for the successful planning, managing, executing, completing and handover of multiple MEP projects related to residential, industrial and other commercial facilities.
 Interpretation of electrical design which aids the design team to prepare the shop drawings.
 Fully in charge of Electro/Mechanical Projects. Ensure successful achievement of project
mission statement and goals and responsible for all day-to-day activities.
 To ensure successful completion of the Project within the budget and on time, responsible for planning and scheduling of all major activities including project submittals and obtaining approvals. (Samples, Shop Drawings, Design Details, Work Procedure, Method Statements,
Schedules, Programs etc.)
 Responsible for all contractual issues related to the day-to-day running of the Project,
responsible for managing Staff/Labor in the project, to determine all Project requirements
(Technical and General).
 To obtain all clearances, approvals, permissions, etc. timely as it may require time to time from
any of the statutory authorities during the execution of the Project.
 To attend all project-related meetings with the Client, Consultant and Main Contractor.

 Check and verify the accuracy and quality of work at site for MEP Systems. All should be as per approved shop drawing, Project specification and relevant engineering codes/standards, DM & DEWA regulations
 Technical supervision & co-ordination with other departments.
 Attending all site meeting and coordination with other various services and clients
 Check & review contract specification, documents and shop drawings.
 Daily site inspection and verify progress of works at site and prepare report.
 Monitoring the site progress and achieving the Target dates, co-coordinating Electrical & Mechanical works with other services like MEP and false ceiling works.
 Follow up installation testing and commissioning & handing over.
 Preparation and documentation of drawings, schematics, O & M Manual, correspondence etc required for the project.

 Monitor, manage and supervise Company & share holder
property facilities.
 Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.
 Planning and scheduling PPM activities.
 Diagnosing breakdown problems and its solutions.
 Carrying out quality inspections on jobs.
 Liaising with contractors and customers.
 Arranging specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings or
components.
 Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs.
 Writing maintenance strategies to help with installation and
commissioning guidelines.
 Responding to emergency situations.
 Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
 Make payment certificate and handling invoices.

 Renovation and maintenance works in Dubai Airport Fright gate 2, 3, 4 & 5.
 Design, estimation & execution of Electromechanical works.
 Project management, technical supervision & co-ordination with other departments.
 Attending all site meeting and coordination with other various services and clients ( (Emirates&Dnata).
 Site supervision and co-ordination of day-to-day MEP works.
 Raising material request as per the site requirement in coordination with site engineers.
 Ensuring that all installation & operations are in compliance with the applicable standards.
 Ensuring that MEP work is executed on site in accordance with the contract-drawings, standards, and specification and DEWA regulations.
 To arrange & forecast for manpower, materials, tools & machineries as per project requirement and communicate with vendors, Negotiate and bargain, handling invoices.
 Preparation and submission of weekly and monthly work progress/program and reports

* Assist senior Engineer for preparation of design, estimates, tendering and execution. Of various electrical engineering works.
* Design co-ordination and preparation of DB schedule.
* LV Panel Erection and commissioning
* Undertake regular site visits.
* Monitor the progress of electrical works, procurement of stores and its inspection.
* Attend other assignments given by top management.
* As assistant engineer, was reporting to the senior engineer.
* Site execution and supervision of electrical work.
* Ensure quality in accordance to standards of the company.
May have to meet clients to understand their requirements.
