Preparing weekly / monthly Health, Environment & Safety (HSE) Report; conducted risk assessments and job safety analysis
Implementing 5 S (Five S): preparing of Roadmap and leading for achievement through various internal review and monitoring
Arranging Behavioural-based Safety Programs for Drilling and Completions Operations
Providing fire safety inductions for initial employees, contractors, mine employees and community members to ensure that emergency fire and safety procedures are followed
Participating in site audits; maintaining an updated log for NCR & CAR and monitoring coordination with other departments
Preparing QHSE documents for clients/projects and tender as per the requirements and in consultation with the BD / Operations team
Investigating lost time injuries to identify immediate, root & underlying causes; proposing remedial measures and devising action plan to put them in place to prevent reoccurrence
Conducting site inspection, Health, Environment & Safety (HSE) in-house training, compliance audit and risk assessment revision
