underground electrical and utility facilities, Utility based CAD and
MicroStation database management functions related to maintenance
and conversion tasks to GIS formats.
• Management of Survey datasets related to all utilities including FEWA, Gas
and Sewage networks, Project Management related to utility projects
using RACI Matrices, MPP files, Gantt charts etc.
• Cartographic data management and mapping, Spatial and Geostatistical
mapping. Database management, conversion and upgrading spatial data
procured from multiple government entities.
• Managing and Customizing Desktop and web GIS Applications, Arc Online
and cloud based GIS Data management. ArcGIS Portal management. SDE
Tuning and configuration.
• Customized GIS tool development and modeling tools in XML, Python, C#
languages, troubleshooting and maintenance of existing GIS models and
updating database integrations. Designing and troubleshooting desktop
and Web GIS Applications
• Administering and updating SDE and GIS Server databases, service
configuration, security, and licensing, Coordinating and maintaining
projections and transformations of different coordinate systems from
multiple datasets.

• Managing and Supporting Town planners and GIS team by creating
maps/data analysis for Ras al Khaimah area, UAE, using ESRI products - Arc
Info software, ArcGIS Server, SDE versioning, and remote sensing
technology and integrate it with non-spatial data and perform various 2D
and 3D GIS,
• Preparing GIS center database backup and planning, preparing budget,
RFP'S and working on GIS infrastructure GAP analysis planning license
