P.42 Dubai Commercity Umm Ramool Development, Dubai, U.A.E (DAFZA)
Dubai Commercity is the first & leading freezone development project in the Middle East & MEASA region,
costing approx. 1 billion USD with a total area covering 2.1 million square feet. The project consists of
warehouses, retails, offices, residential and exhibition halls.
Job Description:
o Created new & innovative approaches to problems and discussed strategies with project managers.
o Communicated with vendors and contractors to incorporate input in hybrid project designs.
o Discussed zoning laws, fire regulations and building codes with city and county government agencies.
o Dealt with municipal building department & governing agency officials to coordinate approvals.
o Regular coordinated with MEPF, fire life safety, acoustics drawings, also worked on signage design.
o Designed custom furniture adapted to floor plans, working closely with multiple furniture vendors.
o Reviewed project goals and objectives on monthly basis with project manager and design team.
o Created, printed and modified drawings in AutoCAD and Revit, also used software’s to complete

City of Arabia - IMG World of Adventure, Dubai, U.A.E
Dubai’s first mega indoor themed entertainment project & the second largest temperature controlled
indoor themed entertainment destination in the world, covering an area in excess of 1.5 million
square feet. The theme park includes five zones - Cartoon Network, MARVEL, IMG Boulevard, the Lost
Valley - Dinosaur Adventure zones & Novo Cinema.
Mixed Projects - Wadi Walk, First Driving School, Dubai, U.A.E
Vibrant waterfront community characterized by Mediterranean style low rise residential buildings,
outdoor cafes & attractive retail outlets combines to create an ideal lifestyle proposition at City of
Arabia which covers an area in excess of 1.2 million square feet.
