• Checking the quality of card application, Verify and analyze credit information and documentation provided by Sales and Branch’s.
• Reviewing, analyzing, recommending case for underwriter along with the recommended limit across all card products after applying company and central bank guidelines
• Performing exposure checks to find any liabilities such as Auto loans, Home Loans, Personals Loans, Credit cards, ROL’s that customers have within the group companies.
• Liaise with RM for queries, additional information / documents, business recommendations for deviations, if needed, Verification of Customer information through telephone or field visits, where applicable.
• Attending to requirements of Audits and provide responses to audit remarks in respect of the functional area, any other responsibility, as may be entrusted, in the course of normal functioning of the Department.
• Analysis and processing of Trade guarantees for corporate clients in UAE
• Identifying and processing Inward and Outward Guarantees.
• Processing the migration of the guarantee data from old system (Progressive Ledger) to the new system (HFE4 - inhouse corporate banking software application). Pilot project of HSBC worldwide.
• Processing the guarantees in the system from Document identification to the scanning level.
• Processing Amanah (Islamic Trade Guarantee) in the HFE4
• Liaising with Relationship Managers for the commission rate and approval for issuance of Guarantees.
• Data Analaysis on Excel for Relationship Manager.
• Liaise on a daily basis to ensure relevant, timely and segmented advertising (ATL & |BTL) that drives customer acquisition, revenue and retention across all target markets.
• Assist Marketing team with the management of daily marketing jobs which include: development of creative briefs, costing, coordinating, copy - editing, reviewing, gaining feedback & approval and ensuring timely delivery. Assisting the team in development of TV’s, promo video’s or video filming with the relevant production house, oversee production and ensure samples of all marketing collateral are accurate, of a high standard and are approved by the Manager in a timely manner.
• Assist the team with editing copy writing material and verifying that all marketing collateral including radio scripts are accurate as per the company’s corporate identity guidelines. Assist the team with the maintenance of the corporate website ensuring accuracy from branding and copy perspective as per the company’s corporate identity guidelines.
• Assist the Operations Manager in the developing marketing budgets as and when required, providing support the budgting process and assisting with general administration support and filing as and when required.
