Leading the local IT team and managing all IT related activities including onsite
infrastructure, POS, Hardware, Software troubleshooting, CCTV, Recommending
disaster recovery solutions, preventative maintenance, as well as recommending
future network and computer policies to protect IT assets for all the branches.
• Managing the E Commerce Sales and the Company Website.
• Managing E Mail Accounts of the employees through G suite and office 365, secure
passwords, file system security and data integrity for the Company.
• Managing and troubleshooting all network related issues including endpoint, switch,
router along with Maintain system backups and disaster recovery preparation,
problem analysis for server, desktop, and IT infrastructure.
• Contacting vendors for 3rd level support, warranty & AMC and maintaining accurate
records for future reference and monitoring service level agreements.
• Training new IT Staffs and end users on new systems, software and applications,
Handling the IT related Purchase and hardware & software inventory; Keeping myself
up to date with new technologies.
• Providing first-level technical support for Installing, Configuring, Repairing, and replacing to all network-related issues, hardware, laptops, servers, PCs, printers, CCTV, and other telecom-related issues across the company and Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
• Monitoring and maintaining Desktops, peripherals, IT assets, networks, and Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software
• Support the management in developing and strengthening the Company’s IT policies, processes, and infrastructure.
• Installing and troubleshooting for operating system and other applications such MS Office apps Adobe Products, Winzip, Anti-virus, and custom applications.
• Supported IT Projects with end-to-end system solutions, consulted individuals and groups on computer equipment needs, and recommended upgrade options.
• Instruct students on facets of Java, Python, C, Computer Networks, Computer Architect, Operating System, and other relevant technologies.
• Teach how to write computer programs, algorithms, and programming languages.
• Instruct students on how computers work, including the basic science and mathematics behind their operation and the hardware and the software built on those foundations.
• Keep records of grades, grade papers, and perform other administrative duties as needed.
• Create projects designed to enhance lectures, Read and stay abreast of current topics in computer science.
• Develop incentives to keep participants in class and Tutor students on an individual basis.
