* Conduct meetings with head office on a continuous basis and as required to obtain
information regarding the clients' business requirements and nature of service
requested as well as to collect initial requirements from the head office to kick off
the project.
• Conduct regular reviews of data submitted by the head office to reduce the margin
of error and maintain continuous communication with the head office for activities
including but not limited to clarification on issues, bank transactions missing
documents, answering queries, workflow process as well as submission of any
reports requested by the clients.
• Ensure timely posting of sub ledgers and all period end transactions in accordance
with the month end closing.
• Record all accounting entries of the clients.
• Perform General Ledger reconciliation with sub ledgers (All accounts and records
will be reconciled to the General Ledger) on monthly and annual basis.
• Prepare and enter journal entries on behalf of the clients related to accounts
payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, banks transactions etc. to the General
Ledger accounts.
• Receive and review daily sales transaction from clients’ store / business outlets /
post daily sales by recording cash, cheque, credit cards transactions, and compute
charges and refunds.
• Prepare Financial statements, Balance sheets, income and expense reports, and
cash flow analysis, in addition to the supporting schedules to assure timely
completion according to the monthly close schedule in coordination with direct
manager.

•Maintenance and review of books of accounts like journal, ledger, Purchase / Sales registers and stock registers etc.
•Perform AR/AP, collections, and inventory valuation and manage GST, TDS, Service Tax and audits as required.
* Monthly filing of GST returns and other compliances relating to Goods and Service tax including representation before GST department on behalf of the entity.
*Preparation of monthly payroll statement and its accounting.
* Supporting team members and helps in clarifying their queries.
* Statutory audit pack and providing necessary support / internal audits /external audit.

* Prepare Monthly bank reconciliations of the bank accounts posting all transactions to the ledgers.
* Posting accounting entries including month end accrual entries, provisions & ensuring that the month end closing deliverables within strict timelines.
* Preparation of open items tracker and conducting client calls.
* Apart from Month end close having experience in Bank Reconciliation Statement.
*Clearing open items and doing proper follow-ups to update aging of open item.

* Led and accompanied audit teams in Tax audit under Income Tax Act, 1961 of various proprietorships, partnership firms and companies.
* Preparation of Financial Statements
* TDS Return filing
* GST reconciliation and GSTR 9 & 9C filing.
* Income Tax Computation and Income Tax Return filing.
* Participated in physical verification of inventory and dealt with reconciliations.
