Arab Land Trading LLC is dealing with Pet Food, Pet Accessories, Horse Feed & accessories distributor & Wholesaler for the 41 international brands in the region.

Pet’s Delight operating with 9 Retail Outlets & E-Commerce APP & Web to serve customers all over UAE.


KEY DELIVERABLES:

• Ensure effective stock and space management.
• Inventory management and stock distribution.
• Management in the territory (order management, stock consolidation, movement and transfer, optimum stock utilization, stock return and shrinkage)
• Review and analyze stock and sales reports monitoring over and under stocks, implementing corrective action to be taken.
• Review and effectively deal with fast and slow moving items, new ranges and end of ranges with implementing necessary action.
• Effectively manage - streamlining day-to-day entire warehouse operations overseeing stock control and processing orders.
• Manage a team of Professionals in the field of Logistics to act as a backbone for Sales.
• Planning, coordinating and monitoring the receipt, order assembly and dispatch of goods.
• The efficient utilization of space and ensuring quality, budgetary targets and environmental objectives are met.
• Having a clear understanding of the company's policies and vision and how the warehouse contributes to these.
• Coordinating the use of automated and computerized systems was utilized.
• Keeping stock control systems up to date and ensuring inventory accuracy.
• Planning future capacity requirements.
• Organizing the recruitment and training of staff, as well as monitoring staff performance and progress
Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded.
• Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Briefing team on a daily basis.
• Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment.
• Overseeing the planned maintenance of vehicles.
• Supervising, training and hiring of employees to work in the warehouse either as laborers, equipment operators, or inventory control staff.
• Work extensively on RETAIL-PRO & NAVISION.
• Ensuring regular training of staff on all aspects of customer service, product knowledge and selling skills.
• Effective resource planning.
• Regularly assesses customer service standards within the stores, warehouses & E-Commerce team.
• Creating seamless customer service orientation among the store employees & E-Commerce team by ensuring timely and efficient customer service.
• Ensuring the customer needs are met and complaints/queries are resolved in a timely manner
Assess mystery shopping feedback and prepare action plan for improvement.
• Planning the revenue targets for the stores.
• Monitoring and controlling the expenses of (overtime, local stock and consumables) through efficient operations.
• Interpret and act on operational profit and sales reports generated through finance and focus on improving under-performing areas.
• Monitoring the sales performance against Yearly, Monthly & Weekly.
• Ensuring the accurate stock merchandise and management (ageing stocks, stock loss, and space management) within the stores & Warehouses.
• Overseeing and monitoring all point of sales activities in the store which includes - sales transactions, tracking customer orders and payments, registering sale and maintaining inventory updates, providing service, handling returns and refunds, gathering consumer data for feedback
• Monitoring the inventory management (stock availabililty, order management, back store management, stock movement)
• Consolidating & analyzing sales reports on monthly basis, liaising with the Retail STAFF to maximize stock potential and devises action plans with corrective measures
• Creating and maintaining a positive and professional team environment that fosters trust, integrity and superior performance standards.
• Building the strong relationship with Mall Managements.
