• Assist and advise project manager and team to the best use of project management disciplines and approach within a fast-paced, high teck environment.
• Maintain processes to ensure project management documentation, reports and plans are relevent accurate and complete.

• Implement and manage changes to the project scope in order to achieve optimal project progress.

• Planning coordinator for the implementation of ‘MARS - vertical ERP solution for shipyards’.
• Directly reporting to Sr. Planning Manager and lead to a team of Planners and Production Controllers.
• Develop build strategy and logic networks based on critical path for Naval Vessels construction.
• Develop and review schedules for Naval vessel construction considering optimum resource utilization.

• Coordination with contractors, consultants and equipments suppliers for day to day site activities.
• Coordination of weekly and monthly progress review meeting with client and Contractors.

• Overall planning for the construction of production facilities expansion project worth $ 320 million.
• Prepare project schedule and monitor w.r.t. time over-runs, resource deployment, cost and Quality.
• Participating in project review meetings for evaluating project progress & de-bottlenecking.
