Skill Summary
•Manage, monitor and co-ordinate the electrical construction processes.
•Excellent complex problem-solving skills using logic and reasoning to identify problems, strengths and weaknesses in electrical engineering projects and using them to create and implement plans for a better project execution.
•Coordinate with the contractor to ensure expeditious completion of snagging, testing and commissioning.
•Oversee the approval and contractor’s submittal review processes.
•Review all method statements and inspection & test plan.
•Monitor the performance of the contractor with regard to the completion processes and T&C program and advice PM of any possible irrecoverable delay resulting from this performance or through outside factors.
•Organized and detail-oriented to ensure excellent time management and create healthy safe work environment.
•Planning and execution of Annual Plan for preventive maintenance.
•Preparation, modification and implementation of SOP.

•Wide breadth of electrical transmission & distribution network experience
•Strong grasp of electrical project management, planning and coordination skills
•Excellent Internal Auditor experience
•Outstanding abilities with Microsoft Office, Power point and MS Project
•Good knowledge of Single Line diagrams, high voltage cabling and lighting systems
•Sound skills in preliminary electrical design and contract drafting
•High abilities in developing and evaluating complex engineering projects
•Working closely with clients and all Stake holders
DAR Engineering
•Registered with Saudi Engineering Council
•Organize, coordinate, schedule & facilitate meetings with all related clients & contractors to execute seamless project commissioning & testing in complex situations to accomplish project in framed time.
•Monitor project progress & provide high-level of service through consistence communication and proactive follow up.
•Review the MEP (sub) contractor’s organization and resources and advice the Project Manager of any necessary remedial measures.
•Coordinate with the contractor to ensure expeditious completion of snagging, testing and commissioning.
•Closely collaborate with key internal stakeholders including project, procurement and maintenance department to define scope of work and ensure timely project deliverables.
•Ensure that all test certificates, warranties and extended warranties are available for the client’s benefit.
•Assist the contractor where necessary with the statutory approval or utility supply processes with regards to MEP work.
•Prepare detailed and accurate meeting minutes distributed to multi-disciplinary teams
•Maintain & monitor records, reports of site audit, audit compliance report, site safety audit, punch point, test report, authorization of testing professional, approval of master schedule, organization chart, Three-week schedule, fault reports, monthly reports etc.
