 Prepare, update, analyze the project master & detail construction & engineering work schedules.
 Produce periodically monthly, weekly progress and finical reports to client & management.
 Organize & coordinate internal meetings and the meetings with client
 Identify risks & criticalities in the project schedule
 Control & coordinate the subcontractors’ schedules & progress
 Leading of the planning team & training the young planners
 Control & estimate of assigned work scope, checking & tracking Job Cards
 Coordination between department teams of projects
 Track engineering & procurement deliverables
 Produce and update of schedules for steelwork and engineering works
 Controlling documentation of engineering, procurement, logistic & store works
 Preparation of recovery program to catch up delays
 Preparation of short term schedule based on baseline schedule
