Carrying out effective client liaison for all projects undertaken.
Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied
by the client/architect.
Managing day to day site activities including supervising and monitoring the site
labor force and the works of subcontractors.
Overseeing quality control, health & safety matters on site
Find out the problems in the drawing and make ECR for solution.
Performs detailed activities (Fabrication & Erection) for compliance to contract requirements and internal reporting analysis requirements.
To establish and maintain documented procedure for Execution, which directly improve the quality system in a systematic manner.
Preparation of Technical Reports for daily, weekly & monthly according to applicable requirements of Project and Client.
Co-ordinate with HO and send monthly & weekly reports describing detail progress of the project.
Check & verify the Bills of the month and get approved by the Client.
Preparation of technical site queries according to applicable project requirements.
Follow-up action on Monthly and Weekly progress and achieving target
