• Power Cable termination of LV panels like MDB SMBD’S AND FDB’S
• Control cable termination of MCC panels like PLC, STATER panels VOP control panels
• LV PANE
• Tray fabrication& fixing
• All rig Electrical installations and equipment maintenance;
good experience in air compressor systems, fuel gas & oil system, water cooling system, condensate system & automatic/manual synchronization of gas turbine & 11kv-132kv net work system and their routine parameters reading.
• Perform all electrical & AC maintenance for land based drilling rigs
• Maintain and repair ROSS HILL control systems & GE control systems
• Maintain Caterpillar power generation equipment up to 1000 hp
• SCR DRIVES to 750 hp
• Maint. GE 752 DC motors, (mud pumps, rotary table, draw works ect.)
• 600V & 480V motor control
• Field rebuild of electric motors up to 150 hp
• Exp. with Hazardous Location electrical installation and maintenance
• Installation and splicing of high voltage cable up to 15 KV
• Electrical Service installations up to 3000 amps
• Maintenance of 15 KV distribution system running at 23 megawatts
• Installation and maintenance of all types of lighting systems
• Installation of threaded rigid conduit systems
