BIM construction modeling of MEP services from design /scratch and perform
BIM coordination and preparation of drawings with the international industrial
standards set by ASHRAE, SMACNA, IPC and UPC.

• Cloud-based BIM management and collaboration (BIM 360) for streamline
BIM project review and coordination workflows.
• Adhere to BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria
• Ensure construction documents accuracy based on discipline BIM Modeling
• Preparation of builder’s work drawing, Fabrication drawing, Shop drawing,
Mechanical room modeling.
• Prepare and develop fully coordinated construction drawings and
installation prints as a final deliverable for clients
• Able to prioritize and manage task effectively.
• Review all work for errors and mistakes prior to releasing as complete.
• Provide regular work status updates, including risks or concerns to the manager
• Keep abreast of latest trends and technologies
• Keeping senior management informed of all changes in my areas of

Execution of Revit models from traditional 2D drawings.
Understanding the mechanical design intents to convert the 2D drawings to 3D Revit models. Mechanical duct and pipe designing and feasible routing.
Check the model for stage completeness and dimensional accuracy against modeling standards.
Identifying, documenting, and resolving clashes between various discipline models using Navisworks. Creation of mechanical shop drawings, elevation drawings, and detail drawings.
Analyze all drafts for the project in coordination with project personnel and revise all drawings. Ensuring quality checks with drawings to ensure the achievement of the standards set in the project. Review of Revit .dwg CAD and PDF drawings that are ready for submission.
Update models from markups, As Built, and design reviews and validate O&M manuals.
