Planning of the work force, material, heavy equipment etc and preparing the schedule.
Coordinate with the contracts department for tendering and awarding the contract.
Coordinating the pre and post Turnaround activities.
Preparing the mobilization plans for work force and equipment.
Preparing the heavy equipment plot plans.
Coordinating the safety departments for mobilizing safety officers and safety assistants.
Coordinating with all area engineers for the easily execution of the project in time.
Updating the Schedule and Monitoring the progress keenly for avoiding the risks.
Coordinating with operations for easily handing over the system and PTW issuing.
Conducting the daily meeting with vendors, contractors and subcontractors and delivering the reports to the management.
Preparation of close out report and lessons learnt history.
•Arriving at cost estimate of activities planned in shutdown & turnaround i.e. Service part and Material.
•Prepare the cost estimate unit wise and overhaul.
•Identify & highlight high value maintenance activities & arriving on way to optimize cost.
•Prepare budget based on above.
•Keep taking on Budget consumption.
•Prepare PRs for the requirement of Turnarounds.
•Preparing cost of reclamation of removed items after turnaround.
•Assist in tuning the activities within budgeted cost.
•To provide input for repeated cost incurred on Specific Equipment (looking at the value decision might be taken on to modify the maintenance philosophy for that particular equipment, e.g. if replacement is cheaper than repair keeping the MTBF in view).
•Keep track of Inventory cost buildup & send alerts with alternatives to keep control.
•Arranging/ planning spares for Shutdown & turnarounds.
