• Receiving Orders from Planning Dept. Check in Inventory-Stock, collect empty containers
• prepare schedule to load as per ETA wise
• Issue Material Grade wise, Lot Number wise, and Quantity.
• Dispatch loaded containers / Trucks as per order Details.
• Prepare Documents: Gate Pass, Stock Postings, Packing List, Invoice, And Certificate Of Origin Etc.
• After receiving delivery confirmation report from relevant carriers send confirmation
• Prepare Daily Loading & Dispatching Report
• Prepare Daily Stock List With Daily Production
• Prepare Requirement Material according to Marketing Order Form Production Dept.
• Prepare weekly Shipment Report
• Prepare Weekly/ Monthly Order Pending Report
• Prepare Monthly On/Out bound Stock Report.
• Prepare monthly Dispatched Report
• Export all final documentation(Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin)
• Prepare loading Vouchers.
• Prepare of vessel sailing Report.
• Loaded containers allocation with seal.
• Customs seal custodian.
• Cargo Manifest.
• Cargo Flight related Operations.
• Identifying hidden dangerous items. Checking the documents and package of acceptable dangerous cargo.
• Cargo booking in online system.
• Visiting Agents for sales Promotion & Conducting tele-sales.
• Shipments follow up.
• Rate negotiation with customers(Cargo Agents).
• Daily and weekly reports to Oman Air H.O & GSA H.O
• Monthly Reports & Market Reports to Oman Air H.O & GSA H.O
• Cargo Documentations.
• Attending Annual meeting at H.O.
• Visiting cargo Agents for sales Promotion.
• Identifying hidden dangerous items. Checking the documents and package of acceptable dangerous cargo.
• Conducting tele-sales
• Shipments follow up.
• Rate negotiation with customers (Cargo Agents).
• Agent Cargo sales reports and Consolidated CSR to Airline.
• Daily and weekly reports to GSA Head office
• Monthly Reports & Market Reports to GSA H.O
• Air Waybill execution and preparation of customs clearance documentation - Invoice, Packing List & Shipping bill.
• Cargo related operations.
• Airline space reservation.
• Cargo sales report & Fortnight report to airlines.
• Shipments follow up.
• Daily and Weekly Report to Head Office.
