• Provide BMS Control Systems engineering expertise in all facilities of the infrastructure that includes HVAC system, District Cooling Plant, District Heating Plant etc. and other all systems integrated with BMS system.
• Responsible for all planned maintenance, reactive diagnosis, and repairs.
• Perform complex maintenance and repair on Building Management Systems (BMS)installed at customer premises across the specific area of assignment.
• Carryout routine checks for correct operation of all Control Systems Equipment installed at customer premises across the specific area of assignment.
• Assess the performance of Building Management Systems (BMS) using standard techniques and documentation such as Monthly Reports PPM reports HSE documents, Training documents and Site handling.
• Programming, Testing & Commissioning of DDC panels for controlling of HVAC Equipments like AHU, FAHU, FCU, VAV, CAV, Fans, CHW Pumps etc.
• Third party system integration Via BACnet, Modbus, Mbus, Lon bus protocols
• Preparation of Pre-commissioning/commissioning reports and coordination with Client/consultant for inspection.
• Interacting with clients and contractors staff to determine and verify project requirements.
• Watch and inspect the construction work and assure that it is done in accordance with the drawings as per technical specifications and bills of quantities.
• Work in conjunction with engineers to solve project design problems, performing basic design calculations as required.
• Supervising the works on site in accordance with the contract documents and using the template and procedure established by the consultant.
• Inspecting and testing materials prior to their use at site as per sample approved by the consultant.
• Ensuring the correct implementation of the works according to technical specifications, to designs and quality of materials.
• Responsibility in high level site clearance.
• Arranging special equipments.
• Assuring permits and approvals.
• Responsible for testing and commissioning activities.
