- Maneuvered a sales force of more than 70 employees including store managers, assistant store managers and sales promoters.
- KRAs- Achieve sales objectives, improve profitability and revenue, merchandise management, business development, new store opening and closure, demand forecast and planning, competitor analysis, real estate, B2B and B2C Sales, Support function to HR in talent hunting, Training and development of new enrollments.
