Job Responsibilities in Radio Mirchi
Handling the Delhi traffic
Expertise in handling of RCS and Airwaves (Ad scheduling software),
Handling Sponsorship, making Credit line, tags and scheduling it on all India Basis.
Generating Sales and Revenue Report daily/monthly.
Monitor advertising sales inventory and align with sales personnel across India.
Support accounts and billing team with various reports & MIS.
Providing top advertisers list of competitors brand to top management for the better performance of sales.
Handling the Airwaves & RCS system for Contract Booking, log balancing, log Integration, uploading audio, Reconciliation etc..
Co-ordination with the Programming team to ensure easy flow of the Ads as scheduled & taking precautionary measures to avoid any revenue loss & client dissatisfaction. Also managing the NON FCT & daily reconciliation of the same
Daily FCT report on all India Basis. This includes daily reporting of inventory status on all India-basis. This report comes up with how Mirchi is burning inventory across the 32 stations. Cross-checking of all the deals. Seeking necessary approvals before deal get into system. Crosschecking the inventory distribution of each client.
❖ Good knowledge Basic Computers like Ms-excel, word and etc. Ms Office 2003/2007/2010S
❖ Basic knowledge of programming language like C, C++.
