• Leading Facility soft service operations which include Housekeeping Operations, Pest control Service, Horticulture, Inventory Management, Procurement of Material and consumables.
• Responsible for orderliness, Cleanliness and appearance of the Facility.
• Ensuring ordering of all supplies and consumables for vending machines, H.K. Supplies, Consumables and other facility related materials.
• Develop and implement Housekeeping systems and procedures to utilize maximum resources.
• Organize on-the job training and evaluate its effectiveness.
• Daily briefing of Executive and supervisors for maximum output from man and machine.

• Responsible for preparing Cost sheet and Monthly Management Report.
• Ensure Weekly, Monthly and quarterly Schedules to be adhered and followed strictly.
• Ensuring high level of Client/Guest satisfaction by addressing and resolving complaints and issues promptly.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for soft service departments.
• Optimizing resource allocation and manage inventory to reduce waste and control costs.
• Responsible for on-site catering services of cafeteria/vending machines and ensure food quality, hygiene and compliance with health regulation.
• Leading Facility soft service operations including Housekeeping Operations, Pest control Service, Horticulture, Billing, Vendor Management, Inventory Management, Customer Service, F&B Operations, Procurement of Material and consumables.
• Ensuring maintenance and repairs of the facility including guest rooms, public areas, equipments and horticultures. This involves coordinating with contractors, vendors and internal maintenance team to ensure timely and efficient maintenance operations.
• Managing inventory levels of Facility supplies, amenities and food and beverage items to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
• Responsible for preparing Monthly Management Report, Cost sheet.
• Ensures Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly schedule activities to be followed and completed within the stipulated time frame.
• Daily inspection of public areas includes Restaurants, Corporate offices, Lobby areas, shops, Spa, & Gymnasium, Cafeteria, corridors, periphery area, Vehicles parking, garden areas, employee locker room etc.
• Ensuring high level of Client/Guest satisfaction by addressing and resolving complaints and issues promptly.

• Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with service level agreements. Conduct regular reviews and assessments of service providers.

• Responsible for procurement of materials related to public area operations such as Chemicals, tools, Toiletries etc.
• Ensure cost effectiveness and proper utilization of the resources. Managing the tasks including, procurement of material & services, & Effective cost control systems.
• Ensure constant adherence to organizational standards in hygiene, cleanliness and maintenance of equipment, fitting and fixture of the area under control.
• Compiling the monthly inventories of supplies (consumables and non-consumables).
• Plan out the duty chart and leave of team member.
• Responsible for orderliness, Cleanliness and appearance of the Hotel Public area.
• Plan, control and supervise Horticultural activities.
