Answering both internal & external telephone calls
Collecting the technical messages & diverting them to the concerned departments.
Handling incoming & outgoing faxes & emails
Maintain high grooming standard & product knowledge.
Ensure good relationship with team colleagues to maximize the team spirit.
Attending all the company training's sessions & meetings as required by the management
Manage all office related documentation & verify office documents.
Mailing through Microsoft Outlook to various departments
1) Monitoring
• Daily W/L monitoring and initiating solutions for trouble bookings
• Self intervention to get the bookings confirmed at MM/hotel level
• Prioritizing sold-out solutions for affiliates
• Ensuring all confirmations and remarks updated in system
• high priority to 0-48 hours cut off W/L
2) Resolving Escalated Issues.
• Intervention at any reminders escalated to ensure timely solutions
• Self involvement to confirm hotel rooms/provide alternates/action cancellations for non responded cases
• Convincing affiliates for alternates provided in case of HHD facing protest
• Direct indulgence for rate issues/direct charges if MM not effective
• Reconciling old and new bookings facing accounting problems in terms of cancellation retentions/double charge/service recovery etc
• Updates Sold out dates and manage Inventory from the hotels.
• Tackling queries and complaints received from the guest
3) Hotel Contracting
I. Contracting hotels all over India and getting them on board.
II. Coordinating with content team to load content and images for the hotel.
III. Coordinating with backend team to load B2C and B2B rates on our portal.
IV. Coordinating with Market Manager to promote the hotel and rank them accordingly.
