Working as a full-time Infrastructure Engineer on site as well as across GCC, managing and maintaining a 50+ server environment ensuring 99.9% or better uptime. Planned and Implemented datacenters at new sites, FTP servers, Failover for internet, VPN, Automated Backup for server with custom apps and multiple other projects as and when business need arises. Also Evaluated, monitored and enhanced IT infrastructure with an emphasis on availability, reliability, scalability, security, data confidentiality and system integrity.
Responsibilities:
• Managing IT infrastructure including Data Centers, Storage, Servers, Network, Routers, Firewall etc..
• Managing and troubleshooting User issues including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, MAC, Desktops, Laptops, Mobiles, Tablets etc
• Managing and Troubleshoot AD, DNS, DHCP, Exchange Server, Windows Servers.
• Implimenting, Managing and Troubleshooting Fortimail- Email Security.
• Implementation and configuration of Windows Cluster.
• Implimenting, Managing and Troubleshooting Watchguard firewall, VPN, policies, Switches Routers etc..
• Work on VMware, Hyper V, VirtualBox related tasks including VM creation and management.
• Manage WSUS Server for Server and workstation patch management
• Managing and Troubleshooting FreePBX, asterix, Lync server 2013 and IP Telephony.
• Managing Microsoft Office 365, Azure admin panel and configuring exchange rules and troubleshooting issues.
• Managing and troubleshooting Citrix Presentation server and client issues and Publishing applications.
• Management and Troubleshooting Kaspersky Security center, Trend micro Server, Malwarebytes Antivirus both on client and server side.
• Files and Print server management.
• Implementation and management of FTP server with SSL/TLS Security and custom ports.
• Backup to NAS Storage with custom software and Symantec Backup Exec.
