JOB SCOPE - Worked in different Equipments like a Vessel,
Valves, Exchanger, Column, Molecular Sieve, Strainer etc.
RESPONSIBILTIES
* Removal/Reinstallation of Head, Cover, Grating, Beam, Spool,
of a various Mechanical Equipments.
* Mobilization and Demoblization of Materials and tools as per
scope of work.
* To do a maintenance work and Accomplished requirements as
per Inspection Report.
* To do a Complete Maintenance work of Filter House which
includes Removal & Reinstallation of filters and cleaning. Also
to do a routine maintenance work in Filter House.
* Worked in a Molecular Sieve BSR MODIFICATION Which includes Marking and Plazma cutting at BSR and support clips,
Removal/ Reinstallation of Grating, Spool and Beams.
* To do a Permit Controlling, preparation and accomplished
requirements of permit to smooth completion of work.
* To do a Blinding/ De-Blinding, Isolation, and Site preparation
Activities,
* Accomplished a work safely and within time period.
* To implementation of Control measures and work tasks with
team.
* Planning and scheduling of work as per availability of Needs
and work progress.
* Monitoring and Assign work to easiness of smooth work flow.
* Worked as A Quality Engineer at DECON TECHNOLOGIES. Where I am Responsible to Control Quality in Process, Out and Work In Progress through a Mechanical Measurements Instruments and Inspection.
* We are manufacturing of Safety Relief valves, Loose assembly Valves, Shafts, Nozzles etc. Production Supply to France (Trillium Flow) for Oil and Gas Industries.
* To Maintain Quality records in STERP (SAP) on Daily basis to ensure the status of the parts, No of Defective products and maintain Rework, Rejection Data.
* To create a NCR Reports for those Parts Having a dimensions are in out Tolerance Or not Available.
