My role in the project is to
1. Brainstorm new ideas to add into the Safepal Project
2. Generate documents from the ideas
3. Turn the ideas in to a working mobile application
4. Lead the developer team to create the mobile and web application
5. Test and market the mobile application in schools
My role is to create & design, document, and implement SafePal Application.
"SafePal is a platform that young people (10-24 years) can use to confidentially report cases of sexual violence and get linked to the nearest service providers for help. Service providers include health centers, civil society organizations (CSO), judiciary, GBV safe shelters, police and district local governments. CSOs provide psychosocial support, judiciary offers legal education and mediation, referral for medical support, while the GBV safe shelters help to house survivors."
In addition, I lead the software development team of ten developers to design and Improve the Software Solution.
Apart from developing in Java in UNIX environment there are numerous other tasks I involved in the project namely documenting as per quality standards and unit level testing for which I prepared test plan and test cases. I also attended team meeting conducted by project lead and project manager at regular intervals.

I worked in system programming using C# and C++ programming language. I had sound embedded systems and device programming which helped to develop modules as the projects developed for the organization were on this line. I used my excellent analyzing ability for analyzing the existing business requirements and proposing new solutions for the problem. I also involved in production support for maintaining the system developed and resolved the complexities and bugs raised by customers efficiently and effectively on time. I also took the task of standardizing the maintenance process which helped in maintenance of documents and process for further reference.

My role was to develop android applications and web applications using ruby, html, css, jquery and java
My work involved training interns how to develop embedded systems that is both by simulating and hardware development
I was responsible for front end designing, code review and test review. I managed production support issues and assigned to developers and monitored that they are resolved efficiently and closed on time. Apart from this I also took the task of writing complex programs or modules. In this context I have written many utility programs. I also took the responsibility of imparting training to new team members as assigned by project manager of my project. I involved in all levels of testing from unit level of testing to integration testing and took care that the final product is delivered with good quality and efficiency to project manger and thereby to customers
