DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Reporting directly to the fresh food manager, responsible for sales quota/target monthly and quarterly.
•Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating to all staffs under my supervisorial. All requirements in deli section before the opening of the store should be efficient, well-prepared to maximize profitable service of food.
•Ensured to minimize waste by Instructed all the staffs under my supervision.
•Implementation of display such as category wise and block merchandising using FIFO guideline.
•Daily monitoring of each and every products expiry specially those items which is having short life reported by the staffs
•Conducting of monthly inventory, selling area to warehouse and strictly controlling the way of counting to ensure the accurate result.
•Dealing with different local suppliers, placing order and discussed whatever possible promotions to all past moving products to maximize the sales.
•Ensuring the availability of range of products at all times.
•Implementation of proper hygiene from the staffs, selling area and warehouse.
•Preparing of monthly schedule of the staffs for their duty timing and day off.
•Monitoring the temperature of chillers and other equipment at all times to ensure the products will be maintained as per the required temperature.

•Handle and maintain cash and credit cards in day to day basis.
•Responsible in checking and scanning items.

•Making sure that proper documents are created and signed, that all data is accurate and documents are stored and backed up and any retention policies are followed.
